We use information submitted through AdFunnels.com to review and respond to domain acquisition inquiries and partnership proposals. This notice describes the information involved and the choices available when using the site.

Information we receive

Our inquiry form asks for a name and email address. A company name is optional. We also receive the selected inquiry type, the preferred purchase platform for an acquisition inquiry, and the intended use described in a partnership proposal. Please avoid including sensitive personal information in free-text fields.

Our hosting and inquiry service providers may process technical request information needed to operate and protect the service, such as IP addresses, request times, and browser information. We use these services to serve the website and receive inquiries.

How we use inquiry details

We use submitted details to assess the inquiry, communicate about it, and maintain relevant correspondence. We may share the information with service providers that support hosting, inquiry processing, or communication, as needed for those functions. We do not sell inquiry information or use it to create advertising audiences.

If a discussion progresses to a transaction, further information may be needed under the selected platform’s own procedures. GoDaddy and Escrow.com have their own privacy terms. Choosing a preference in this form does not itself submit a purchase to either platform.

Cookie choices and local storage

The site stores your choice under the local-storage key adfunnels-cookie-consent in your browser. Accept and No thanks both save the choice so the notice does not need to appear on every page. No optional analytics, advertising pixels, or tracking cookies are activated by either choice in the current site.

Retention and requests

We keep inquiry information for as long as reasonably needed to handle the discussion, maintain relevant business records, and meet applicable obligations. We limit access to people and service providers who need it for those purposes. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

To ask about information you submitted, correct an error, or request deletion, use the inquiry form and explain your request. We may need to verify that the request concerns your information before acting on it. We will consider the request in light of any recordkeeping obligations that apply.

External sites and updates

Links to other websites lead to services governed by their own privacy practices. We do not control how those sites process information. We may update this notice when the website or our handling of information changes; the date above identifies the latest revision.
